At phivkriz, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our floral arrangements and bouquet designs. We understand that flowers are living products, and we take great care in selecting, preparing, and delivering the highest quality blooms.

Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all floral arrangements will arrive fresh and in excellent condition. If your bouquet does not meet our quality standards upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.

Quality issues may include wilted flowers, damaged blooms, or arrangements that differ significantly from what was ordered. Please provide photographic evidence when reporting quality concerns.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges on floral arrangements once they have been delivered. However, we are committed to resolving any issues to ensure your satisfaction.

Arrangements may be eligible for replacement or refund if flowers arrive in poor condition due to our error in preparation or delivery, or if the delivered arrangement significantly differs from your order specifications.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your floral arrangement arrives damaged, incomplete, or if the wrong arrangement was delivered, please contact us immediately. We will work quickly to provide a replacement or offer an appropriate resolution.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs showing the condition of the arrangement.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled with a full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery may incur a cancellation fee, as we may have already prepared your custom arrangement.

Same-day orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, as we begin preparation immediately upon order acceptance.

Weather and Delivery Issues

In cases of severe weather conditions that may affect flower quality or prevent safe delivery, we will contact you to reschedule delivery at no additional charge. We prioritize the preservation of your bouquet's quality above all.

Custom Orders

Custom floral arrangements and event-specific designs are subject to different policies. Due to the personalized nature and advance preparation required for custom work, special cancellation and modification terms apply. Please discuss these terms during your consultation.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. The timeframe for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution's processing times.
